Martina Asbury

Senior Consultant

Martina Asbury has more than thirty years of professional experience in project management and team integration. She is an expert in leadership coaching, team alignment and project management systems. Martina's effort to design, implement and lead a team development practice for a global petrochemical company contributed to a reduction in the company's project costs by fifteen percent and was recognized with The Chairman's Award. After supporting over two hundred capital projects, she facilitated a corporate merger involving 850 employees in the design and construction function. She has coached the senior executives of several international energy and petrochemical companies in the U.S. and Far East. Martina earned a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.

Russ Cusimano

Practice Leader

Russ Cusimano has over thirty years of professional experience engineering high performance organizations and business processes. He is an expert in operations research, simulation modeling and process design. His client portfolio includes companies in the oil and gas, petrochemicals, automotive, airline, telecommunications, insurance, financial services and high technology industries. He has consulted to the U.S. Defense Department and NASA for more than ten years. Before joining ePM, Russ worked for an international strategy and operations consulting firm. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Cornell University.

Logynn B Ferrall

Senior Consultant

Logynn B Ferrall has almost thirty years of experience in business strategy, operations analysis and organization performance improvement. She is an expert in executive coaching and leadership development. She has consulted to corporations worldwide in the energy, chemicals, pharmaceutical, financial services, construction, packaged goods and high technology industries. Logynn is one of ePM’s foremost authorities on cultural diversity in business, having worked extensively in China, Europe, North America and Latin America. She came to ePM from a successful career with an organization development consultancy where she was instrumental in recruiting and serving a global customer base. Logynn studied at the Radcliffe Management School at Radcliffe College and the MBA program at the Darden School of Management, University of Virginia.

David Fisher

David Fisher

Senior Consultant

David Fisher has over thirty years of professional experience in leadership development and organizational transformation. He is an expert in coaching creative leaders and facilitating breakthrough business results. He has worked extensively in China, Malaysia, South America, and Europe. His industrial experience includes petrochemicals, high technology, engineering, public utilities and pharmaceuticals. David has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of San Francisco and Counseling Certificates from in-service training programs by California Counties and the University of California, Berkeley. He is a licensed family counselor.

Pat Gorman

Development Director

Pat Gorman has over twenty years of professional experience in software development. He is an expert in simulation technology, real-time terrain display engines, remote detection and identification sensors, and large data set manipulation. He is the chief architect of ePM’s SimVision® simulation technology, consults to energy industry clients, and supports our academic instruction and research programs at universities around the world. Pat came to ePM from a large systems development and consulting firm where he developed flight simulation and training technologies for NASA, the FAA, and the U.S. Defense Department. He completed the Physics Ph.D. coursework at the University of Oregon. He holds an M.S. in Physics from the University of Oregon and a B.S. in Physics (Magna Cum Laude) from Eastern Washington University.

Allan Henderson

Allan Henderson

Senior Consultant

Allan Henderson has more than twenty years of professional consulting experience in organization development. He is an expert in professional coaching, team alignment change facilitation, cultural diversity, and capital project management. He has worked extensively with the U.S. Government and United Nations members around the world. Allan’s industrial experience includes construction management, energy, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, mining and metals, and nuclear power generation. He is a graduate of Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service.

Ian Jones

Managing Consultant, Asia and Pacific

Ian Jones has more than twenty-five years of experience in strategic planning, operations research, project management and organization development. He is an expert in supply chain planning, production and inventory control. He has worked for numerous Pacific region companies in engineering, construction, software, chemicals, energy, forest products, and management consulting. Ian came to ePM from a successful career in information technology consulting services. He earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Cape Town, South Aftrica, a G.D.E. in Computer Software at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, and an M.B.A. from the Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, U.K. Ian is a PMI certified Project Management Professional, PRINCE2 Practioner, and an APICS Certified Production and Inventory Manager. He was a PMI Project Manager of the Year (Australia) finalist in 2007.

Yvonne Parle

Senior Consultant

Yvonne Parle has over thirty years of experience in project mangement, process engineering and information technology. She is an expert in the design, development and operation of enterprise information systems. Her industrial experience includes mining, public utilities, engineering and construction, natural gas exploration and production, software development and financial services. She designed and implemented information systems and business processes to support the operations of 250 World Health Organization members. Yvonne came to ePM from careers in management consulting and industry. She earned a Certificate in Computer Operations from the London School of Data Processing, a Masters level certification in I.T. Project Management from the Australian Computer Society CMACS program via Deakin University, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Executive and Life Coaching from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Western Australia. Yvonne is a certified member of the Australian Computer Society.

Chuck Sander

Managing Consultant, Caribbean and Latin America

Chuck Sander has over twenty years of professional experience in project management, team integration, and manufacturing operations. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and an expert in statistical process control, process modeling and simulation, and plant design. Chuck came to ePM from a career in chemical manufacturing, where he managed the commissioning and start up of several plants. He has worked extensively with NASA’s manned space flight program and on several international capital construction programs. Chuck has a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.B.A. from Lehigh University.

Rick Seikaly

Senior Consultant

Rick Seikaly is a team integration consultant and facilitator with over twenty years of experience in designing and implementing high performance organizations. He has conducted hundreds of workshops for over 5,000 executives and serves as a personal development coach to several corporate leaders and managers. His industrial experience includes publishing, financial services, high technology, telecommunications, energy, petrochemicals, and several branches of the U.S. Government. Rick holds an M.Aa from the University of Michigan in Middle East Studies, an M.B.A. from The George Washington University, and post-graduate certification in Organization and System Development from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.

Gerry Sepe

Gerry Sepe has more than thirty years of professional experience in team integration and leadership development. He is an ePM founder and expert in organization development, team facilitation and professional coaching. His client portfolio includes firms in energy, petrochemicals, high technology and software development. He has consulted to the U.S. Department of Energy on nuclear materials processing facilities, remediation projects, and research and development programs. Prior to founding ePM, Gerry enjoyed a full career at IBM with management responsibility in field sales and service and human resources.

Ric Trent

Ric Trent has more than thirty years of professional experience in business startups, mergers and turnarounds. He is an expert in organization development, team building, and process improvement. Ric held executive positions with several major publishing concerns including the Washington Post and the Seattle Post-Intelligencer. He founded and directed several publishing and distribution companies. He served on the Board of Directors of the California Newspaper Publishers Association and is a founding member of the Washington State Special Olympics. Ric earned a B.A. degree in Anthropology from George Washington University, completed graduate work in Media Management at American University, and lectured at the University of Washington’s School of Communications.

Mark Triesch

Managing Consultant, Europe, Middle East and Africa

Mark Triesch has over twenty years of international consulting and industrial experience in the planning and execution of capital projects. He is an expert in capital project and portfolio management and the leadership of project teams. His business line experience includes oil and gas, chemicals, mining and metals, power generation, marine construction, municipal and government operations, space and defense, high technology, biotechnology and transportation. Mark came to ePM from a global engineering and construction company where he played key roles in the bidding, planning, analysis, execution and reporting for dozens of projects on five continents. While earning his M.S. in Engineering at Stanford University, Mark conducted research in the use of information technology in architecture, engineering, and construction companies. Mark also holds undergraduate degrees in Business Administration, Construction Management, and Architecture from Washington State University.
